I had an amazing time photographing this family!! This is such a special family. The love they have for one another is so obvious, and it was a joy to capture it! Mom and Dad were high school sweethearts, and have been together for 16 years. They are (obviously) a beautiful family, but I just loved capturing their special relationship. And the kids did a GREAT job! Hope you enjoy!

What is the difference between a mini session and a regular session?

A regular session is a completely custom photography experience. You choose the location(s), you can change clothes, and the session lasts approximately 1 ½ hours. We document the different relationships in the family (father/son, wife/husband, etc.) as well as individual portraits. You receive approximately 20-30 proofs in your gallery.

A mini session is based on limited availability and will be geared toward capturing the perfect holiday card photo. The session lasts approximately 20 minutes. If time permits, we will also capture groupings and individual portraits. The mini session includes 25 custom press printed cards with envelopes and 3 gift prints.

What do the cards look like?

There are many cards to choose from. They are all press printed on high quality cardstock. You may choose to have a 5 x 7 or a 5 x 5 design, and it may be front and back. Alternatively, you may order bifold or trifold cards for an additional fee. Extra sets are also available (sold in sets of 25).

When do the sessions take place?

Sessions will take place in the evenings to best utilize natural light.

Sneak Peek for Amanda and Danny!

I had the great privilege of photographing Amanda and Danny - we had crazy weather and had to run away from some serious storms! They were great sports, and we just tried to outrun the ominous clouds.

What can I say about Carlee? She's simply got it all. As you can see, she is stunningly beautiful. But she is also incredibly talented, smart (she's graduating summa cum laude), funny and sweet. This engagement session was such a pleasure!! These two are SO in love, and just the sweetest couple you could ever hope to meet! They have know each other since high school, and he admitted to having a crush on her for years. She finally agreed to go out with him, and now, three years later, they are engaged.
